# Best practices for conducting a pilot test

Implementing a new system in your operation is always a challenge. We recommend starting small, making the necessary adjustments, and then applying changes to the team.

We recommend starting with a ****pilot test with two users****. Having two users creates a sense of competition and gives you two different opinions and experiences.

Our advice is:

* Choose your ****two best users****.
* Choose your youngest users who are most familiar with using ****new technology****.
* Run the pilot test for ****two weeks****, so you have enough information to analyze.
* Create a ****group chat**** with those two users to stay in constant communication with them.
* Check your ****daily summary**** every day to ensure your users are actually using the app.

We recommend starting small, then implementing more processes as the days pass. A possible schedule can be:

* Day 1: Install Handy and log in.
* Days 2-5: Register clients and log visits.
* Days 6-10: Now that they're familiar with the app, try using other features like creating orders, completing forms, or creating inventory.
