# How can I hide the "we are online" chatbox popup?

Crisp allows you to hide the "We are online" tooltip shown to visitors when your status is "online" and the chatbox is minimized (closed).

Hiding this popup doesn't affect how visitors see you as online or away when they chat with you. Also, it does not hide the little green circle that is visible when you are online and the chatbox is minimized.

**Here is how to proceed:**  
* Go to your [Crisp dashboard](https://app.crisp.chat)  
* Head over to the **Settings** from the bottom-left icon  
* Navigate to **Settings > Chatbox Settings > Chatbox Restrictions > Hide chatbox for countries**  
* Click on the **Add a blocked country** button and select the countries to block
