# How do I fix browser notifications settings?

**If you can't receive notification settings because of browser settings, this article is made for you!**

If you disabled notifications the first time Crisp requested the permission, you may have issues to enable it back. Here is the procedure for most browsers.

## Google Chrome

* Go to app.crisp.chat  
* Click on the left of the URL input.  
* Ensure the notifications are set to "Ask" or "Allow"

## Mozilla Firefox

* Go to app.crisp.chat  
* Click on the left of the URL input.  
* Ensure the "Send Notifications" permission is not blocked

## Safari

* Open Safari  
* Go to **Safari** > **Preferences**  
* Open the **Websites** tab  
* Ensure notification permission is set to Allow for app.crisp.chat
