# How to apply a discount code?

**Discount codes are available on some conditions. Here is the process to apply a discount code.**

| Discount codes are only available for the Essentials and Plus plans. You will not be able to apply a discount to a Mini plan.

Here is what you should to apply a discount code:  
* Connect to [app.crisp.chat](https://app.crisp.chat)  
* Navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Subscriptions  
* Looking for the workspace on which you wish to apply the discount  
* Hit the "Coupon" button

 || Note that the coupon can only be applied after upgrading. No worries though — You will still be able to apply it before any charges are applied (these are not immediate after upgrading)
