# How to cancel a subscription?

**You need to cancel your Crisp subscription? We are sorry to hear that. Here is the procedure.**

# Cancel my plan

This can be done simply by downgrading to the "Free" plan, which will cancel your current subscription effective immediately and prevent future charges.

* Login to [https://app.crisp.chat](https://app.crisp.chat)  
* Navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Subscriptions  
* Hit the "Change Plan" button and downgrade to the "Free" plan.
