**To access the plugin, simply follows these quick instructions:**  
* Go to your [Crisp dashboard](https://app.crisp.chat)  
* Head over to the **Plugins** section from the left navigation bar  
* Navigate to **Plugins > Customization**

You can now access various types of customizations, including:  
* Specific chatbox **color** and **position**  
* Custom **welcome message**  
* Personalised **header** and **system** messages  
* And more options to define your business's style
