# How to enable the video game?

Did you know that... you only have two minutes to reply to a visitor before they leave. Crisp solved this by making a video game for your visitors!

# How to enable Crispy Bird

**Here is how to enable it:**  
* Go to your [Crisp dashboard](https://app.crisp.chat)  
* Head over to the **Settings** section from the bottom-left  
* Navigate to **Settings > Chatbox Settings > Chatbox Behaviour > Others**  
* Enabled the **Suggest to play a wait game when operators are slow to reply** option
