# How to hide the chat on mobile?

Crisp allows you to hide the chatbox on mobile devices. Because, of course we do!

**Here is how to proceed:**  
* Go to your [Crisp dashboard](https://app.crisp.chat)  
* Head over to the **Settings** from the bottom-left icon  
* Navigate to **Settings > Chatbox Settings > Chatbox Behaviour**  
* Enable **Hide chatbox on mobile devices**

|| When the chatbox is disabled from mobiles, using our Javascript SDK to force-display it will not be possible. This setting takes precedence.
