# How to install Crisp with Telegram?

# Link Crisp with Telegram

* Go to app.crisp.chat  
* Go to plugins  
* Click on Telegram

# Create your Telegram Credentials

Contact [Botfather](https://telegram.me/botfather) and then launch the command: `/newbot`

* Provide the Name of your bot  
* Fill the Username. **The name must end with Bot** , this is requested by Telegram. For instance, you can use AcmeCorpBot  
* Telegram will then create a token. **Save** this token somewhere.

# Go back to crisp

* Paste the token generated by Telegram  
* Click "Connect to Telegram"
