Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration allows automatic synchronisation with Crisp regarding your contacts and all the information that goes along.

## How do I install the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration?

1. Connect to Crisp  
2. Click on "Plugins"  
3. Search for "Dynamics 365"  
4. Install the plugin

## How to link Crisp and Microsoft Dynamics 365?

1. Browse to: [https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments](https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments)  
2. Select the environnement you wish to push Crisp contacts in.

3. Copy the environnement URL and paste it in the plugin configuration page.
