# How do I change my podcast categories?

You are able to select a total of three categories for your show and it's super simple to update.

**To set your podcast categories:**

* Choose the relevant show from _My Podcasts_
* Scroll down and click on _Podcast Settings,_ which is under the _Settings_ heading
* Scroll down to _Directory Settings,_ and **select from the drop downs the categories that apply to your show
* Save your changes by clicking _Update Show Settings_
