# How to Add a Private Podcast to Podcast Apps

Here's a handy guide on how to add a private podcast to podcast apps that support private feeds.

**Add to Apple Podcasts (on Mac desktop and iTunes on PC)**

* Click _File_ on the Apple Podcasts menu.
* Click _Add Show by URL._
* Paste _your unique URL_ into the box.
* Click _Subscribe._

**Add to Apple Podcasts (on iOS)**

* In the icons list at the bottom of your display, click _Library._
* Click the 3 dots icon at the top right.
* Click _Follow a Show by URL._
* Paste _your unique URL_ into the box.
* Click _Follow._

**Add to Pocket Casts**

* Click _Discover_ in the bottom menu.
* Paste _your unique URL_ into the _Search box_ at the top of the screen.
* Click your _podcast artwork._
* Click _Subscribe._

**Add to Castbox**

* Click _Discover_ in the bottom menu.
* Paste _your unique URL_ into the _Search box_ at the top of the screen.
* Click your _podcast artwork._
* Click _Subscribe._

**Add to Overcast**

* Click the _"+"_ icon in the top menu.
* Click _Add URL._
* Paste _your unique URL_ into the box.
* Click _Done._

**Add to Podcast Addict**

* Click the _"+"_ icon in the top menu.
* Click the _Search icon_ in the top menu.
* Paste _your unique URL_ into the search box.
* Click _Search._
* Check the _Private feed_ box.
* Click _Add._
