# Exporting the Contact/Address List

A contact list can be exported in Word or PDF format. Using [Filter](/en/article/search-filter-1e1hb5/), you can specify which contacts should be included in the list. Only the filtered contacts will be included.

The list will now be generated and downloaded in the selected format.
