# How can I always appear as online?

****In some cases, you may want to permanently appear online. For instance for routing rule purposes, in order to always appear online for your users, or simply because you find Crisp more comfy than your mattress.****

In that case, you can enable the "Availability schedule". This feature lets you configure days and hour during which you wish to be seen as "online". You will be seen as "offline" on days and hours that are off-schedule.

****Here's how to proceed:****

* Login to: [https://app.crisp.chat/](https://app.crisp.chat/)
* Go to the ****Settings**** from the bottom-left corner.
* Navigate to ****Account > Availability****
* Toggle the ****Enable availability schedule**** option
* Configure your "online" days and hours ****from Monday to Sunday, and from 00:00 to 00:00****
* Your availability preferences are auto-saved

Note: The "Invisible" mode must be disabled to configure these preferences.
