# How Employers Can Download Historic Payroll Reports and Pay Stubs

This article explains how employers can access and download historic payroll reports and employee pay stubs from the ****Payroll History**** section in COUNT.

# Download Payroll Reports

1. From the left-hand menu, click** Payroll**.
2. Select** Payroll History.**

 From ****Payroll History****, click on the payday date to open the payroll details.

 Note: Only payrolls with a ****processed**** status allow downloads.

When viewing a Processed payroll, click in ****Download Payroll Report****.  
This downloads the payroll report for that payroll period, which includes:

* Payroll summary
* Tax reports
* Payroll detail reports

# Download Employee Pay Stubs

Scroll all the way down to the ****Payroll Details**** section to download the pay stubs.  
Click the ****Employee Pay Details**** tab and use one of the following options:

* Click the Download icon next to an individual employee to download a single pay stub.
* Click ****Download All Paystubs**** to download pay stubs for all employees at once.

| ****Pro Tip**** If you need multiple employee pay stubs, using Download All Paystubs is the fastest option and ensures all pay stubs from the same payroll period are downloaded together.
