****To access the plugin, simply follows these quick instructions:****

* Go to your [Crisp dashboard](https://app.crisp.chat)
* Head over to the ****Plugins**** section from the left navigation bar
* Navigate to ****Plugins > Customization****

You can now access various types of customizations, including:

* Specific chatbox ****color**** and ****position****
* Custom ****welcome message****
* Personalised ****header**** and ****system**** messages
* And more options to define your business's style
