# How to enable Crispy Bird

****Here is how to enable it:****

* Go to your [Crisp dashboard](https://app.crisp.chat)
* Head over to the ****Settings**** section from the bottom-left
* Navigate to ****Settings > Chatbox Settings > Chatbox Behaviour > Others****
* Enabled the ****Suggest to play a wait game when operators are slow to reply**** option
