# How to export user data?

Crisp offer CSV export for your contacts. These information are available inside [Crisp CRM](https://crisp.chat/en/crm/) that is available from the Essentials plan.

Crisp is using ****CSV**** to as data import option.

# 1. Retrieve your data

* Connect to [app.crisp.chat](https://app.crisp.chat)
* Go to the Contacts tab
* On the upper right corner, click on Action > Export contact profiles.
* Your contacts will be then exported. This could take few minutes depending on how many contacts you have
* You will receive a notification via email then.

# Limitations

* Exports are limited to 200K contacts (if you need to export more, please contact us).
