# Using the debug mode to inspect any missing hooks in WooCommerce product pages

If any of the required hooks or filters are missing in your theme, first try to fix it yourself with the information in this documentation.

## Debug Mode

The plugin comes with a helpful debugger to inspect any theme-related issues with the plugin.

* Go to the ****Advanced**** settings of Fancy Product Designer, click on Troubleshooting, here you can enable the "Debug Mode".
* After that go to a product page with “Fancy Product Designer” enabled.
* A modal window comes up with information about missing hooks and filters in your theme. This modal window will only come up if you are logged in as administrator and on a product page with “Fancy Product Designer” enabled and on the cart page.

## Solving Missing Hooks
### Single Product page

If you enabled the Fancy Product Designer for a  WooCommerce product, but the designer could not be added due missing action hooks. This is often caused when using page builder plugins like Elementor. You can easily enable the product designer app by adding the shortcode __[fpd]__ to the content.

****Missing hook: woocommerce_before_single_product_summary****

__Context: Used for replacing the product image with the designer.__

The content-single-product.php in the woocommerce templates of your theme does not include the required:

__do_action( 'woocommerce_before_single_product_summary' );__

Check out the standard template in plugins/woocommerce/templates/content-single-product.php, to see how it looks properly.

__Context: Used for adding the product designer app or other UI elements after the short description or product title.__

__Context: Used for adding additional form fields for the checkout process and to position the customize button.__

The add-to-cart templates does not include the required :

__do_action( 'woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_button' );__
