# Using Users & External Contacts

### Contact us directly through buildagil

When you select a contact under ****Contacts****, you can contact that person directly.

****Send an email:****  
When you click ****Send Email****, your local email program opens with a pre-filled email that includes the contact's email address as the recipient.

****Call (landline)****  
When you click ****Call (Call Landline)****, you can either place a call directly using an installed phone app or send the phone number to your smartphone.  
Alternatively, you can use the ****copy icon**** to copy the phone number to the clipboard.

****Call (Microsoft Teams)****  
When you click ****Call (via team)****, team opens. In team, you can then start the call by clicking ****Start Call****.

### Export Business Cards

When you select a contact under ****Contacts****, you can use the ****business card icon**** to download the selected contact's business card as a VCF file.  
This file can then be imported, for example, into Outlook or into the contacts on your mobile device.

### Copying Contact Lists

For teams, contact lists, and companies, you can copy all contacts in the list using ****Copy All Users & Contacts****.

The contacts can then be added to tasks, meetings, inspections, etc.  
If the contacts are copied to a location outside of buildagil (e.g., Outlook), all of the contacts' email addresses will be included.
