# FC Bologna

In the absence of restrictions imposed by the Observatory, these are the procedures.

* ****Tickets purchased online and at points of sale**** can be exchanged by clicking [here](https://bolognafc.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg[sellshow]&cmd=ShowChangeTicketEventList). The procedure generates a receipt that the new user must bring to the stadium along with the original ticket.

* ****Subscriptions on WE ARE ONE CARD**** can be exchanged by clicking [here](https://bolognafc.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg[sellshow]&cmd=ShowChangeTicketEventList). The season ticket can be transferred to another fan card holder. The procedure generates a receipt that the new user must bring to the stadium together with their card

* ****Subscriptions on APP**** can be transferred directly in APP (click on MyBfc, subscription, other, change user). The procedure generates a new QR code which is sent by email to the new user, who must use it to enter the stadium.

The user change is available ****from 48 hours before the kick-off of each match****.
