# How to send emails to customers ?

**1. Go to the "Send to Customers" Page:** Navigate to the "**Send to Customers**" page in our app.

**2. Copy the Snippet:**

**3. Go to Your Online Store:** In the Shopify Admin Dashboard, navigate to "**Online Store.**"

**4. Select Themes:** Click on Three dots.

**5. Edit Code:** Click the three dots next to your active theme and select "**Edit Code.**"

**6.Find Order JSON File:** In the left sidebar, select "**customers/order.json.**"

**7. Copy the Type:** Locate and copy the `type` value.

**8.Search for the Type:** Use the search bar to find the liquid file associated with the copied `type`.

**9. Edit the Liquid File:** Select the liquid file found in the search results.Paste the previously copied snippet into this file.

**10. For custom styled buttons,** please contact us before saving the changes.

**11. Save the changes.**
