This allows you to give a better service to potential clients who don't buy on the first visit but are interested in analyzing your prices and later decide if they want to buy from you.

You can print a ticket with your quote for them.

Sales receipts and quote tickets look similar, but have a different title and subtitle:

It's a possible risk that a bad-intentioned person could pass off a sales receipt as a quote ticket and collect payment for a sale that's not recorded in Handy.

To avoid this risk altogether, you can deactivate the option to print quote tickets in your Company Settings:

Go to Company Settings, the Tickets, then click off "Users can print quotes".

Sin embargo, si aún cuando regresa tu conexión, sigue apareciendo como "Por enviar", lo que hay que hacer es sincronizar Handy manualmente.

Aquí vienen los pasos para realizar el proceso en caso de tener dudas:

Sincronización de app móvil

La app de Handy intenta enviar la información registrada en el momento que se captura. Si no es posible enviarla, Handy intenta automáticamente en los siguientes horarios:

06:00 hrs
09:00 hrs
12:00 hrs
16:00 hrs
19:00 hrs

O sincronizará automáticamente los datos cuando se conecte el cargador al celular.

Handy is designed to work well under harsh conditions, and to accommodate:

Little to no internet connection
Minimal data usage
Minimal battery usage

Handy can definitely work without an internet connection, as its most fundamental features work without a connection.

However, some features benefit from having a connection to the internet.

Here's a list of those features that REQUIRE a connection to the internet:

🗺 Within the Maps section:

Calculate the optimal route
Explore new areas on the map

📊 Within the Activity section:

Dashboard
Sales goals
In the timeline, load past days' activities prior to when you logged in

🛍 Within the Orders section:

Use remote price and inventory integration, calculated by your ERP

🏬 When viewing a client's details:

Use the integration that displays customer details, connected to your ERP

🚚 For route sales and delivery flow:

Accept assigned loads
Close routes

All other features can be used without an internet connection. Here are some examples:

Register a new order
Create a new client
Answer a form with photos and signatures
Register a delivery
Start a visit
Etc.
