Allow pre-sales orders to be recorded without inventory availability limits

If you enable this setting, you'll allow your users to create a presale order even if there's no available product in stock.

This can be useful if you create presale orders first and then stock up on the product before delivery.

By disabling this setting, if a user attempts to create a presales order without the required product in stock, the app will display a message indicating that they're not allowed to add the specified product to the order.
