Changes to deliveries

With Handy, you can edit delivery attempts if you made any mistakes when registering a delivery, or if your client requested any last-minute changes.


To edit a delivery, the mobile user must have completed their route in the mobile app, and the route must **not **yet be closed in the web portal.


When a route is in this state, in the web portal, go to the route details, and you'll see the following button:



When clicking this button, you'll see the following screen, where you can make the necessary changes to the route's completed deliveries, which you can search for by number or by client. You can edit as many of the route's deliveries as you'd like.



Once you've selected the deliveries you want to modify, you'll need to display the delivery's details to edit them. You can edit the following:


  • Delivery result
  • Delivered quantities
  • Payment type



You can also cancel a delivery using the following button:



A cancelled delivery will remain available to be assigned to a new route.


Once you've made all necessary changes, click on *Save changes* to apply any modifications made.



After saving any modifications to deliveries, the route's inventory will be adjusted accordingly.


Modification history


If any changes were made to deliveries, it's possible to see the modification history in the route's details. Just click the following button:



The modification history shows all deliveries corresponding to that route that have been edited, as well as who edited them and when.
