Delivery user can modify the number of reward products given
You can enable or disable whether delivery users are allowed to modify the quantity of reward products from promotions when delivering to clients.
Disabling this option ensures that the number of reward products given is automatically calculated based on the activators in the order, meaning you won't have to worry about mistakes when making these calculations manually.
To enable or disable this option, follow these simple steps:
- *Log in:* log in to your Handy account on the web portal
- *Go to settings*: click on Deliveries
- *Enable or disable the option*: click on "Delivery user can modify the number of reward products given".
One of the main benefits of this setting is to have more control over your promotions. By removing the possibility of manual changes you ensure that the quantities shown in the system are exact, based solely on the promotions granted.
