Device change notifications

Every time a user logs in to the mobile app, we register which device they used so that both administrators and Handy have a record of which users are actually using Handy.


The *device change notification* is useful for administrators and supervisors who need to be aware of any changes to devices.


This notification will allow you to:


  • Ensure that users are using the company-provided devices and not other unofficial devices.
  • Detect if a user loses a device and starts using another one to avoid reporting the lost device.


This setting is automatically enabled when you first start using Handy, and you can modify it in the *Notification recipient settings*.
