During a visit, I get this notification: “You forgot to end the visit!” What does it mean?

Handy has a feature that, once you start a visit, will send you a notification if you move 1.5 km (or more) away from the client without ending the visit.


If you receive this notification while you are still with the client, don’t worry. This happens because, at times, Google location services (Google Geofence®) do not provide precise location data for your device, which can cause Handy’s reminder service to be triggered. You can simply end the visit once you actually leave the client's location.
