Edit an order

There may be times when a client asks you to make changes in an order, either to add or remove the amount of product, or to add new products to the order.


There are two ways to edit an order in Handy: from the *web portal* or from the *mobile app*:


Web portal


First, look for the order you want to edit, and on the order details, click on *Edit*:



After clicking on edit, you'll access the order, and you'll be able to modify the amount of product previously added, delete products, or add new ones.



From the mobile app


Click on the order to see the order details, then click on the edit icon in the top right corner:



After clicking this icon, you'll edit the product. When you're editing the order, you'll see this message at the bottom of your screen:




Both in the web portal and in the app, after you've finished editing the order, Handy will create a new order with the changes you made, and the original order will be deleted. You'll still be able to see the original order ID in the new order's details.



You'll also be able to see the deleted order's details by clicking on the order's ID, and see the relationship between the parent order and the child order.
