Edit clients from the mobile app

Handy gives mobile users the option to edit existing clients from the mobile app. This feature can be used if the client has changed their business's name, address, phone number, or to correct any mistakes.



The company administrator needs to activate this feature in the web portal's settings first:



To edit a client, click on the client's details. If the client is nearby, you can click on the client's profile in the main screen, but if the client is far away from you, you'll need to type their name in the search bar.



Once you've clicked on edit, you'll be able to make the necessary changes on the client's profile. Make sure to click on the check mark on the upper right side of the screen to save any changes.



From this screen, you can also add the client's tax ID, define whether the client is billable.
