Enforce two-step authentication for company administrators via email

In Handy, we understand the importance of keeping your information safe, which is why there's a setting that enables you to enforce two-step authentication using an email address.

You can find it in *Settings > General > Advanced settings*:

After enabling it for the first time, Handy will ask all users with an active session to confirm their session via email.

Each user will receive an email with a link they must click:

Once they've opened this link, the two-step authentication will be complete, and they'll be redirected to Handy's main page:

As long as this setting is enabled, administrative users must follow these steps each time they log in to the web portal.

This setting only applies to administrative users who log in to the web portal. It does not apply to mobile users, supervisors, or any user logging in to the mobile app.

Send us a message in the chat if you have any questions!
