Forms by category

In Handy, we understand that for different client categories, it’s important for your promoters to cover specific aspects on each visit. You can achieve this by assigning a form to a category.


To set this up, you'll need to edit your client categories. In the categories' details, you can click on edit and select *Related forms*, where you can choose the form, or forms, you want your users to answer when starting a visit with a client of a certain category:




Mobile app


In the mobile app, when answering a form with a client:



If the client belongs to a category that has one or more forms assigned, the user will only see the forms assigned to that category:



If the client doesn't belong to a category, the user will be able to choose any form.
