How to complete a delivery
Completing deliveries using Handy is very simple.
You can view your programmed deliveries by clicking on the *Activity* screen and selecting the *Scheduled Deliveries* icon:

Now, select the delivery you're interested in. That will open the delivery's usual screen, where you'll see a breakdown of the products assigned to that delivery.

On each of the products of the delivery, you'll need to select one of the three following options:
*Complete:* The full quantity was delivered
*Partial*: Only some of the product was delivered
*Undelivered:* None of the product was delivered
- Both for the *Partial* and *Not delivered* options, you'll need to specify the reason👇

You can also add photos and the recipient’s signature. Once added, a number in parentheses will appear next to ‘Photo’ and ‘Signature,’ indicating how many of each have been included.

Once you've added those details, you can also select the delivery's payment type.

Deliveries can be paid for in cash or credit.
- *Credit:* Credit deliveries will affect the client's balance, which you'll be able to see in the client's profile in the web portal.
- *Cash:* Cash deliveries don't affect the client's balance.
Once you've selected this information, you can now click on the check mark to complete the delivery, which will open a new screen, where you'll confirm that the delivery is complete:

Here, you'll also choose the delivery result, then click on *Complete delivery*, and that's it! 😊
In case you previously selected *Partial **or **Not delivered* for any product, when completing the delivery, you'll have the option to reschedule it.
To reschedule the delivery, select the date you'd like to come back, then click *Complete delivery*, and the delivery will be automatically rescheduled.
