I can't find a client in the app

If you can't find a client in the web portal or in the mobile app, the client might not exist, or they might be registered under a different name.


If you're certain that the client exists and that you're searching for the right name, most likely they're not assigned to your zone. In this case, you can ask the administrator to assign the client to your zone or assign you to theirs.


Another reason you're not seeing the client when wanting to schedule a visit might be that they haven't been properly registered as a client. At the very least, they have to be registered as a lead for you to be able to schedule a visit or create an order for them.

IMPORTANT: If you want to schedule a visit or an appointment with a client or a lead, they need to be previously registered in the Handy database.
