Is traffic considered when planning the user's route?

The route is generated like in the following example:

This route *does not consider* traffic, as traffic changes throughout the day, and the app has no way of knowing how long each visit is going to take.

For example, if we knew exactly at what time you'll finish a visit with client 3 to head over to client 4, we could estimate how much traffic there will be at that specific time. But, what if your visit with client 3 takes longer, or it's quicker than you had planned?

Here's a solution for that:

If you want to know the real traffic conditions for each trip, you can use the device's map as a guide each time you start a trip. You can do this by clicking on the *Navigate* option, which will open the device's maps app, such as Waze, Google Maps, or whichever one is installed on the device.
