Log out a mobile device from the web portal

Users who are logged out on the mobile app do not incur a charge, even if they are enabled.

If you've disabled the option for mobile users to log out from their devices, which is common practice, you can log out users remotely from the web portal.

Follow these steps:

Search for the user in the top bar or in the user catalog, then click on *Edit user*:

Then, under *Assigned device,* you'll see the option to log out:

It's important that the user's mobile device has a good internet connection when you log them out.
