Mobile app order history

In this article, we'll talk about the order history feature, available only on the mobile app. It can help you get to know your clients better, as well as improve your sales strategy.


The information provided by the order history gives salespeople more tools to improve their performance:


  • 👩🏻‍💼 Allows salespeople to see which products they've sold and how much they sold of each, helping them better understand each client's preferences.
  • 📦 After seeing which products are sold the most, salespeople can make sure they always have enough product in stock and avoid running out.
  • 💲 Salespeople can identify which products may benefit from discounts and promotions to boost their sales.


This information is available on each client's profile:



IMPORTANT: We will only show the client's last 4 orders, either sale or presale.


Users can see the client's sale total average, based on their last 4 orders.



Now, by clicking on "View Details", you'll see the following screens, depending on the type of order:


SALE


  • You’ll be able to see the quantity sold, the price given to the client, and the total sale amount.



PRESALE (With scheduled delivery)


Here, you'll be able to see how much of what was planned by the presale order was actually delivered.


  • In this example, the order was delivered in full, so you’ll see that the delivery subtotal shows the same number of units as the presale, but a delivery can have partially delivered products, or even undelivered products.
