Notify clients when a delivery is completed

Would you like your clients to get a copy of the delivery information? Handy can help you with that! Just follow these simple steps.


In Handy's web portal, go to Settings > Notifications > Sending emails to clients, then select *Deliveries*.


To define which emails will receive this information, go to the client's details and click on *Edit*:



Then, click on *Emails* and select *Add*:



You can add up to five emails per client, and each one will receive a copy of the delivery information.


This email will be sent with every delivery attempt, effective or not.
