Pricing options
These are the pricing schemes you can work with on Handy:
- *List prices*
The default prices, assigned to your products in the general catalog.
- *Price lists*
Groups of special prices that you can assign to specific clients. For example: wholesale lists.
- *Special prices per client*
These are useful if you've negotiated special prices with a client for certain products.
Following the natural flow of order creation, you first select a client and, if available, choose a price list. Within the order, you then select a product, and these are the rules that determine which price is applied:
- *Does the chosen product have a special price for this client?* If it does, the price is applied. If it doesn't, the evaluation continues.
- *Is the product included in a price list assigned to this client or selected for this order?* If yes, the price specified in the price list is applied.
- If neither of the above rules applies, the product’s *regular price* is used.
Finally, any discount assigned to the client is applied to the product price according to the rules outlined above.o
Importing regular prices in bulk
You can import regular list prices in bulk when adding or editing your products using an Excel template.
In *Products*, click on *+ Add*, then select *Add product with Excel template*:

In the template, you'll add the products' regular prices.
If you have questions about how to fill out this template, we recommend reading this article:

You can edit the products' prices simply by changing them in the template and uploading it back to Handy.
Price lists
You also have the option to assign price lists, where you select a variety of products with a special price for a certain client. A client can only have one price list assigned, they can't have several.
You can find them in the Main menu, by clicking on *Price lists*:

Change prices from the mobile app
In the web portal's settings, you can enable a setting that allows salespeople to negotiate a special price with clients and edit the product price on the spot:

This will allow salespeople to establish a new product price using the mobile app, and it can either be set to happen multiple times or just once.
In the app, clicking on the *pencil* icon will give you the option to edit the product's price and change it to the special price for the client.

You can see if a product has a special price per customer by clicking on the *Price per client* tab in the product details:

You can also edit these prices in this screen:
