Print price, subtotal, and total in pending delivery tickets
This is especially useful to adapt to your company's specific needs, or if you want to waste less paper when printing.
In the web portal, you'll be able to find the settings that allow you to customize tickets.
- Log in to the web portal as the company *administrator*
- *Go to Settings*, then click on the Tickets tab
- Click on "Print price, subtotal, and total on pending delivery tickets".[](https://app.handy.la/company/edit#)
If you choose to keep this setting disabled (unclicked), pending delivery tickets will be printed without showing prices. This can work for you if you want the focus to be on product delivery and not prices.
On the other hand, if you enable this option (clicked), tickets will show all financial details, including prices, subtotals, and totals. This gives clients a sense of transparency, and it also makes the payment and follow-up processes easier for users.

With the setting disabled, tickets will be simpler, with less information. This can be useful if the client is already familiarized with prices, or when it's a recurring delivery, where confirming this information is no longer needed by the client.
