This is the most important information you need to know before starting to upload any data to Handy:

🔒 When using Handy, you are the owner of your data. We only use your information to provide support, if needed.

👤 Through different user roles, you can define the level of access your team has to information. Only users with an administrator role can download the client database.

⚔️ We do not sell or share your information with third parties, and we handle it with great care.

❌ At any time, you can access your account and completely delete your entire data history.

🔐 All information is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers, which are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States, following the highest industry security standards.

🔑 Passwords are stored in encrypted form; not even we can see them.

👱 If required, we may impersonate your user account to provide better technical support. This does not mean we can view your passwords—the system allows access through an internal mechanism without exposing credentials.

📄 We provide a Privacy Notice where you can review detailed information about data usage.

📑 If needed, we can also sign a confidentiality (NDA) agreement between companies. We have a prepared template that we can share with you for review and signature.
