Sales and delivery routes

Assigning a load to a user, whether it's for route sales, delivery, or both 🚛

To create a new sales or delivery route, click on the following button:

After clicking, you'll see the following screen:

This screen has two very important elements that you must learn. First is the *Assign orders for delivery* feature, which will allow you to select any *presale* orders so they can be delivered.

Assign orders for delivery

First, click on *Add orders*:

This will give you three options to schedule a delivery. The first option allows you to select all orders with the same scheduled delivery date.

Here, you'll need to select the programmed delivery dates and the zone corresponding to the clients you'll be delivering to. Then, click on *Load orders*.

The second way is to search orders by order ID, regardless of their programmed delivery date.

You'll just need to write down the order's ID number and click on *Load orders*. You can add up to 200 orders by separating the order IDs with commas.

The third way to add an order is to add all orders with pending delivery, regardless of their programmed delivery date.

Here, select the zone or zones of the clients that you want to deliver to that day and click on *Load orders*.

This option is limited to only the latest 100 orders that haven't been delivered yet.

Once you've selected the orders to be delivered, you'll see which products will be assigned to the route's load:

If you have enough stock, Handy will automatically assign the order's total product, but you can edit this amount manually.

You can also delete an order from the route if you know that the delivery team won't be able to complete it that day:

Finally, you'll need to select the date for when the deliveries will be carried out:

Assign products for sale

The other important feature of this page is the *Assign products for sale* feature. Here, you'll be able to see a summary of the products assigned to each delivery, and you'll have the option to add more of each product so the user can make *route sales* orders. You'll just need to find the product and assign an amount in the *Assigned sale* column.

Edit a route

If, when assigning a route, there are any mistakes in the product loads, you can still make some changes.

An assigned route can be edited, *ONLY IF it hasn't been accepted or declined by the mobile user*.

If the route meets this criterion, you'll be able to edit it by clicking the *Edit* button:

When editing a route, you can:

  • Add product for sale
  • Remove product for sale
  • Add orders to be delivered
  • Remove orders to be delivered
  • Modify the amount of product for each order's load

If the route is edited, you'll be able to see its last edit date:
