Calculation of the overall goals summary
The overall goal is not calculated by dividing total units sold by the total units assigned. Instead, it is calculated as the average of each individual goal.
For example, a general goal consists of the following goals by product:
- Sell 50 pieces of product A
- Sell 50 pieces of product B
Suppose a user sold 100 units of Product A and 0 units of Product B. If the calculation were done directly using products sold ÷ products assigned, the result would incorrectly be 100/100, which would be interpreted as the goal being 100% achieved.
Instead, we calculate each goal individually first:
One with 100% completion and the other with 0%, resulting in an overall goal achievement of 50%.
Goal frequency
Goals can be set for monthly or weekly periods.
To set this up, go to *Settings > General > Setting sales goals*

Mobile app
