Schedule visits from the mobile app

You can program a visit by clicking on the + button on the main screen, then clicking on *Schedule visit*:

Another option is to identify the client you want to visit and click on their profile. To find the client, if they're nearby, you can find them in the main screen, and if they're far from you, you'll need to find them by searching for their profile in the search bar:

Once you've selected the client you want to visit, click on *Schedule*:

Then, you'll see a screen with a calendar, where you'll choose the date and time for the visit, and click on *Schedule* to save the changes made.

This schedules a visit, which you can now view in the app's activity screen.

Remember that you can configure the Handy app to also add these scheduled visits to your device's calendar app automatically:

If you enable this feature, visits scheduled both in the mobile app and in the web portal will be shown in your device's calendar app.
