Text message notification of cash sales operations (BETA)

This text message can be implemented as a payment receipt.


We've implemented this feature to make communication between you and your clients easier. Now, a text message can be sent automatically to confirm a payment, a delivery, or any changes made to said deliveries.


This new feature makes communication easy and clear, helping you track operations more effectively.


🟢 After activating this feature, there are different types of text messages you can send.


Text messages about payments


This feature considers payments registered in the web portal, via the payments report, as well as those registered in the mobile app. Each text message will include the payment method used.


The message will follow this format:


*[Company name]* Payment *[ID]* with *[payment method]* *[operation type]* for: $ X.XX USD


There are four types of operations:


  1. Payment registered:



  1. Payment edited:



  1. Payment cancelled:



  1. Payment enabled:

There are three types of delivery operations:


  1. Registered



  1. Edited



  1. Cancelled



The currency will change depending on your company settings.


At the moment, the following processes will not create a text message:


  • Confirming a delivery on credit
  • Editing a delivery paid for in credit, maintaining the same payment type
  • Cash sales
  • Presale orders
