The delivery person can modify the quantity of reward products awarded

You can block delivery staff from modifying the amount of product from promotions and rewards to be delivered.

This ensures that all quantities are calculated automatically according to the activator products in each order, eliminating the need for manual user errors78. This way, you can maintain precision and control to ensure a better experience for all.

If you want to activate this restriction, follow these simple steps:

*Log in:* Log in to your Handy account
*Go to Settings:* Then find the "Deliveries" tab
*Click on the setting:* "The delivery person can modify the quantity of reward products awarded".

We recommend keeping this setting deactivated.

One of the main benefits of this restriction is that you can have more control by removing the possibility of manual modifications, ensuring that the amount of product delivered is precisely calculated and based only on the rewards corresponding to the order.

If the option is disabled, the mobile app would look like this, where the reward is calculated automatically, and the user can't make modifications. In this example, the promotion states stat when buying one Acme Powered Unicycle, the client gets an Acme High Speed Tonic for free.
