User details and activity

*It's important to analyze your users' activity to find opportunities for improvement and become more efficient, such as improving routes, improving time management, adjusting expectations, etc.*


Viewing a user’s activity gives you access to a wide range of information in a simple, organized way, from a high-level overview down to the smallest details.



  • In the top left side of the screen, you'll find some relevant information about the user:


Name, open/closed session, zones, mobile device battery:



  • *Below the date filters, you'll see the Activity section.*


Here, you'll see the user's activity grouped by the date range you selected. You can see the user's visits, orders, payments, etc.



  • *At the bottom of the left side of the screen, you'll see a timeline of the user's activity, as well as a filter to view only visits, orders, deliveries, payments, forms, etc.*



  • On the right side of the screen, you'll see a map with the user's routes and clients for the time range you select.



All of the map's information can be filtered to show only what you're most interested in.



In the top right side, you'll also be able to choose how to view this screen. Either how we've just seen it, only show activity, or only show the map:



  • Only Activity:



  • Only map and routes:



*As you can see, one simple screen can give you plenty of valuable information on the user's activity and performance.*
