How to add employees?
Add your team in haddock with roles or customised access:
To add a new person to your haddock team follow the steps below:
Click on the restaurant name to open the restaurant menu (top left corner).
- Click on "Add user".
In the section "My team" click on "Add user".
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Assign them a role according to the permissions you want to give them (more information about permissions according to role here).
- Click on "Create new user".
NOTE: The person will receive an email invitation to access and register on haddock.
What permissions do they have according to the access roles?
- ## Administrator:
Unlimited access to all modules and options.
- ## Document control:
Upload, view and edit your documents and incidents.
- ## Chef:
Create, view and edit orders, products and documents.
- ## Manager:
View dashboard and documents
