I can't see new information on the mobile app
This can happen if any movements were made when the mobile device didn't have a good internet connection.
However, if you now have a good internet connection and information still appears as "*Pending*", what you can do is to sync the Handy app manually.
In this article, you can find the steps to sync the Handy app:
The Handy app usually tries to send information to the web portal as soon as it's captured. But, if for any reason it's not able to send it, Handy tries again automatically a the following times:
- 06:00 hrs
- 09:00 hrs
- 12:00 hrs
- 16:00 hrs
- 19:00 hrs
Or the data will automatically sync when the phone is connected to a charger.
