Multi-company accounts
To create a secondary account associated with the main account, click on your name in the upper right corner and click on *Create associated account*:

This will take you to a screen where you'll fill out the new account information, as well as select which information from the original account you want to transfer to the secondary account:

To switch between both accounts, just click on your name on the top right corner of the screen, and select which company you want to view:

Multi-company board
If you have two or more associated accounts, you'll be able to access a special board with compiled information for all accounts. To access this dashboard, go to Reports and Goals, then scroll down to find the Multi-company board:

In this board, you'll easily view details on sales and visit effectiveness (grouped and individual) on the same screen, as well as easily compare data between warehouses:

Regarding payments, after entering "multi-company mode", you'll need to manually enter your payment information for the new company. If you don't, the same payment information from your main account will be considered for all other accounts.
All your companies will generate a single consolidated invoice. If you prefer to receive one invoice per company, please contact us so we can configure it accordingly.
It’s worth noting that you can have as many Handy companies as you need under a multi-company setup.
